Leadership Story
My name is James Smallwood, and I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, by a strong and faithful single mother in the Bedford-Stuyvesant community. Like many, I faced challenges finding my path—working job to job and living paycheck to paycheck after college while searching for purpose and stability. That journey led me to community advocacy and research, where I discovered my true calling: helping people improve their quality of life by making critical resources visible and accessible.
That commitment became the foundation for Price Right Global Solutions Consulting. Our mission is rooted in ensuring homeowners—especially in underserved communities—have access to federal, state, and local programs that support essential home improvements, often with no upfront costs or fees. Initiatives like Justice40 are central to this work, helping ensure that families who have historically been overlooked receive the resources they deserve.
By turning information into action, PRGS Consulting helps preserve housing, prevent displacement, and improve overall living conditions. Our mission is simple: to educate, empower, and uplift communities through awareness, access, and action.
